Hi! Welcome to the Midlife Reboot Survey! My name is Christina Ioannidis and I work hard to support women who have, or are, feeling the strain of midlife on their body, mind and overall performance.

I am on a mission to offer the support I did not have when I hit the 'change' and create an ecosystem of resources and experts who can alleviate women’s midlife challenges. By taking and sharing this survey, whether you are pre-menopausal (yet know something is not quite right), or post-menopausal, your views count!
